Andrew L. GoodenoughPresident and CEOAndy Goodenough was named president of Summit in November, 2007, and CEO in July, 2008. In 2002, he created the business plan for a new financial services information company, secured equity funding from Spire Capital in January 2003 and in October of that year, launched Highline Media and acquired The National Underwriter Company, now the flagship of Summit’s operations. Mr. Goodenough previously served as the President of Thomson Media's Banking Publishing/Conferences Group. The group published/hosted more than 80 products and events including American Banker, U.S. Banker, Bank Technology News, National Mortgage News, Credit Union Journal and many others. Prior to serving at Thomson, Mr. Goodenough was President of USB Corporation and Publisher of U.S. Banker, which was sold to Thomson in 1993. Mr. Goodenough is a graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont and holds an MBA degree in finance and marketing from New York University.
Thomas M. FlynnCFO / COOTom Flynn was promoted to CFO of Summit in June, 2007 from his post as Highline divisional CFO. Prior to Summit/Highline, Mr. Flynn served as SVP and CFO for PRIMEDIA Business Magazines and Media, a $300 million division. Prior to PRIMEDIA, Mr. Flynn held executive operational and financial positions at About.com, Hibernia Communications, InfoBase Holdings and Price Waterhouse in New York City. He serves on the Board of Finance for the town of Fairfield, CT., is the Vice Chairman of the American Business Media Finance Committee and is a graduate of Syracuse University with dual degrees in accounting and journalism from the Newhouse School of Communications.
 Christos J.P. MoschovitisCIOChristos J.P. Moschovitis was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He has over 25 years of computer expertise, including work at Pratt Institute where he headed the team that implemented five computer centers, and the O’Connor Group, where he was Vice President of Information Technology. In 1989 Chris started his own company, The Moschovitis Group, Inc., focused on providing independent technology management expertise and outsourcing services. Subsequently the company formed two wholly owned subsidiaries: The Technology Management Group, Inc. (TMG), and MTM Publishing, Inc. TMG went on to further expand its Internet offerings by acquiring e*media, Inc., an internationally acclaimed interactive agency, whose client roster includes among many others Kellogg, Bayer, and The National Institutes of Health. Chris is co-author of the critically acclaimed History of the Internet: 1843 to the Present as well as a contributor to the Encyclopedia of Computers and Computer History and the Encyclopedia of New Media. In addition he frequently delivers lectures and workshops on a variety of topics in the areas of management, strategy, technology, and interactive media. Mr. Moschovitis holds degrees from the State University of New York and has graduate studies at R.I.T., the University of Rochester, and New York University.
Kathy SchneiderVice President, Human ResourcesKathy Schneider brings over 25 years of HR experience to the company, all in the publishing industry. Prior to joining Highline in 2004, she was the HR Director for F&W Publications in Cincinnati, OH. Ms. Schneider is a member of the HR Committee of American Business Media, and has mentored less-experienced HR managers through the Employers Resource Association in Cincinnati. She also serves as a member of the advisory council for USI Midwest benefits brokers, and Mass Mutual Retirement Services. She holds a BS from the University of Cincinnati.
John WhelanExecutive Vice President, Media DivisionJohn Whelan is responsible for publishing operations and business development of the Financial and Professional Services Group. Prior to joining Summit, John was the Group Publisher for Wicks Business Information before it was acquired by Summit in 2007. Before that, John spent ten years at Source (formerly Thomson) Media, most recently as Publishing Director of the Investment Advisor Group, which included a variety of print, online, and custom publishing products. During his 17 year career in publishing, he has served as Director of Electronic Media at Thomson Financial, Publisher of Financial Planning Magazine, and as Law Editor at Oxford University Press (UK). John is a graduate of Nottingham University and also attended New College, Oxford, England. He currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
F. Reilly Cobb Vice President, Marketing Data Group (MDG) F. Reilly Cobb joined Highline Media with the Data Division acquisition from Sheshunoff. Mr. Cobb has spent 15 years in the insurance database operation under previous ownership at Lotus, OneSource and Thomson. Prior to joining the business that is now Highline Data, Mr. Cobb was the Director of Marketing for ISI Systems, Inc. a publicly traded technology company focused on delivering policy processing, claims processing and underwriting systems for top tier P&C insurance firms. He has also held several senior positions in the broker / dealer industry where he was a financial reporting principal. A former supply officer in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Cobb holds a BA in Economics from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
Jonathan MooreVice President and Managing Director of Event DivisionJonathan Moore has over 14 years of live event/conference experience. Prior to joining Summit in 2007 he was Vice President of Events and Education at the Interactive Advertising Bureau responsible for the IAB’s event portfolio and professional development training. He spent eight years at Thomson Media/Source Media helping to build their live event business, including heading program development and serving as Senior Director of the Conference Division. He started his events career at Strategic Research Institute where he ran the Health Care and Finance divisions. Jonathan also spent time as a financial consultant with Smith Barney. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburg and holds a B.S. in Marketing.
